Rescue a Million is working to save our earth's most precious resources - children and the environment. We believe that helping young people realize the power they have to make a difference in the world is a very important part of this mission. One way young people can positively impact the world is through inspiring others via art. Rescue a Million is conducting an art contest for individuals ages 5 to 18.

Guidelines for Submissions
Please submit an original work that represents one or both of the competitions themes, children and the environment. Send only one original work of art, any style and any medium, 24" x 36" or smaller (please no 3-dimensional).

Prizes
There will be winners selected from the elementary school, middle school, and high school age groups. Winning artists will have their work displayed in Rescue a Million's online art gallery. Some of the winners will also receive special recognition during Rescue a Million's SuperHero Awards Gala at the United Nations Headquarters in New York City. Our Grand Prize Winner will receive complimentary tickets to attend the event. We hope to see you there!

Deadline
Entries for Rescue a Million's 2008 Art Contest must be received by mail no later than October 3rd, 2008.

Please download and fill out the art contest application form and include it in the envelope with your entry. All entries must be received by October 3rd. Please mail the completed form and response to:
